How it Works
Devdazzle brings three services together under a single account: a marketplace for ready-made digital work, a freelance network for commissioned work, and a public portfolio for showcasing what you make.
A single account, three services
When you register, you can buy, sell, take on projects, and publish a portfolio from the same profile. Your reputation, audience, and history carry across all three services. There is no separate seller account or freelancer account to create.
Marketplace
The Marketplace is a store for ready-made digital work such as 3D models, game assets, audio packs, software, plugins, and templates.
For buyers. Browse listings, review previews and descriptions, and complete checkout. Files become available for download immediately after payment is confirmed. You receive a usage license for each item, and your library remains accessible from your Dashboard.
For sellers. Create a listing from your Dashboard with files, previews, a description, and a price. Each listing is reviewed against the Content Policy before going live. When a buyer completes a purchase, Devdazzle is the seller of record for that sale and pays you your share to your connected payout account, on the payout schedule shown in your Dashboard.
Freelancer
The Freelancer service connects clients with creators for commissioned work.
For clients. Post a project with a brief, scope, and budget, or contact a creator directly. Review proposals and select a freelancer. The agreed amount is collected when the work begins, and the freelancer is paid after you approve the final delivery.
For freelancers. Browse open projects and submit proposals, or accept direct requests. Once a client accepts, the agreed amount is collected before work starts. After the client approves delivery, your share is paid to your connected payout account.
Both sides are bound by the Terms of Use. Disputes are reviewed by our team using the project record.
Showcase
The Showcase is a public portfolio for finished work. Upload images and short videos, write descriptions, and group items into collections. Your portfolio is linked to your profile, so visitors can see your work alongside any listings or services you offer. Showcase items are public and discoverable; you decide what to publish.
Payments and payouts
All transactions on the Marketplace and Freelancer services run through the platform's payment provider. Card and payment details are not stored on our servers. Devdazzle pays sellers and freelancers their share to a connected payout destination on the payout schedule shown in the Dashboard, subject to the minimum payout amount.
Trust and safety
A few mechanisms apply across the platform:
- Payment protection. Marketplace and Freelancer payments run through the platform's payment provider. On the Marketplace, Devdazzle is the seller of record; on Freelancer, the payment is collected upfront and the freelancer is paid after the client approves delivery.
- Content review. Listings are reviewed against the Content Policy before they go live.
- Reporting. Copyright issues can be reported through the Copyright Report form. Other concerns can be raised by email.
- Direct support. Every inquiry is read and answered by a member of our team.
Refunds
Digital products are generally non-refundable once delivered, with limited exceptions for products that significantly differ from their description or for files that cannot be used. The full terms are in the Refund Policy.
