Before sending a copyright takedown notice

If you believe content infringes your copyright, you can notify us using the form below. You should only submit a notice if:

  • You are the copyright holder or an authorized agent acting on their behalf
  • You have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner
  • You accept that providing false information may carry legal liability
WARNING: By submitting this takedown notice you acknowledge that making false statements may constitute an offense under the applicable criminal code. Repeated or knowingly false notices may result in account termination.
Protection of intellectual property rights is a legal obligation of Devdazzle as an intermediary service provider. We review every valid notice and take action within 48 business hours.

How the takedown process works

Review and removal

If the notice is complete and credible, the reported content is removed or disabled and the uploader receives a copy of the notice, including the claimant name and the reason for removal. Where the infringement is confirmed, access already granted to previous buyers may also be revoked.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to our contact email below. It must include: identification of the removed content and its previous URL; your full name, address and contact details; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification; your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of the place where we are established; and your physical or electronic signature.

After a counter-notice

We forward valid counter-notices to the original claimant. Unless the claimant informs us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the use of the material, the removed content may be restored.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that accumulate repeated valid infringement notices are terminated and their content is removed, in line with our Terms of Service and the Seller Agreement.

Notices are handled under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. 512) and, where applicable, equivalent local frameworks such as Article 16 of the EU Digital Services Act. Knowingly false notices or counter-notices may make you liable for damages, including costs and attorney fees.
